Digi Hub Mentor
The Digi Hub Mentor will help reduce digital exclusion by providing warm, practical and empowering support to individuals who lack confidence or access to technology. Based at Springbank’s community hub and pop-up locations, you will support local people to improve their digital confidence – helping them get online safely, connect with others, access essential services, and build life-changing skills.
Youth Worker
The Sessional Youth Worker will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, inclusive youth provision across Springbank Community Group’s youth work settings. You will engage young people through positive activities, build trusted relationships, and contribute to creating safe, empowering environments for personal and social development.
Green Space Mentor
The Community Green Space Mentor will lead and facilitate inclusive sessions at the Springbank allotment to reduce social isolation, improve mental wellbeing, and build community through nature-based activities. You will also take responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep and development of the allotment site, supporting both individual participants and small community groups to engage meaningfully in growing and outdoor work.
Community Cafe Volunteer
As a Community Café Volunteer, you will help create a friendly, welcoming environment for local residents and visitors. You’ll assist with preparing and serving food and drinks, keeping the café tidy, and offering a warm smile and conversation to those who come through the door. This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for food or hospitality, or simply wants to give back to their local community.
