- A more affordable option for those who may not qualify for bursary-funded sessions but need a lower fee.
Accessible Tier: £20/hour
- For individuals with financial constraints, supported by contributions from the bursary pot. Limited spaces are available.
How it Works
- Duration: Each coaching session lasts 45 minutes.
- Location: Sessions are offered online or in person at the Ron Smith Pavilion, depending on your preference.

What do Mollies Clients Say?
“Working with Mollie through Access to Work has been truly transformative. Following my ADHD diagnosis, I was struggling significantly in the workplace and felt overwhelmed. Mollie helped me regain control and confidence by teaching practical strategies that made a real difference.
One of the most valuable lessons was learning to set clear boundaries, which reduced triggers and improved my ability to manage stress. Mollie also guided me on how to communicate effectively with management, explaining what I can and cannot manage, and what support I need to perform at my best. This was something I had never been able to articulate before.
She introduced me to a structured diary system, enabling me to reflect on situations, analyse my responses, and plan improvements. This simple yet powerful tool has become part of my daily routine and continues to help me stay focused and resilient.
Since completing my sessions, I feel more confident, less anxious, and generally happier at work. I would highly recommend Mollie to any neurodiverse individual who feels they are struggling. Her support has been life‑changing.”
